Darcy advised that at the listed rate per night the cottage was not included although the listing says nothing about it being a separate unit. I was advised for an additional $75 I could have use of the cottage. I agreed but did request a full refund within 30 minutes of booking & was denied so my family had no choice but to stay at this location. There is a vending machine in the living room that runs all day/night it sounds like a dishwasher running off & on… The beach supplies noted in other reviews is all damaged & unusable, be sure to bring your own. The home overall was ok, it is in major need of repairs, there was a large hole in the Master bedroom wall, the bunk beds are very unstable, be mindful when using them. There is a foosball table in the living room, if you have littles be mindful.

The rental was private and allowed us a quiet place to enjoy family. There was also a foosball table and vending machine on site! Very fun! Everything was perfect. We enjoyed Indian Rocks Beach and loved that this rental was close to all shopping, trolley stops, and restaurants. Thanks again!
